1. How long will my order take to ship?

This all depends on the order. Being items are custom they are made upon order. This means they are to be engraved, sometimes cut & glued. Your item should be shipped out within 7 business days, but often they are ready before. If an item is needed before this please contact us & we will do our best to expedite your order.

2. How do you engrave?

We use an Epilog Laser engraver. We are able to engrave items as large as 24x24”

3. What materials are you able to cut?

We are able to cut wood, acrylics, and plastics specific to laser engraving up to 3/8” thick.

4. What materials are you able to engrave?

Wood, acrylic, plastics (specific to laser engraving) black marble, black granite, certain metals such as stainless steel and brass, and coated metals ie: powder coated, and anodized.
